I had to share this one. It is so unusual and in all of my books I have never seen anything like it. Comment and let me know if you have. I am curious if it a common way to make slaw in areas other than Savannah, Ga where I live.
Ingredients
- 1 medium shredded cabbage
- 1 shredded cabbage
- 1/2 c chopped celery
- 2 T chopped onion
- 1/2 c mayonnaise
- 1 T mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp peanut butter
Mix mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and peanut butter together. Toss over cabbage, carrots, celery, and onion.
