This is from a vintage cookbook from Saluda, South Carolina called Taste of Hollywood, Hollywood Elementary School. This caught my attention because it sounds easy peasey and delicious.
Ingredients:
- 1 6oz bottle of coca cola
- 1 c catsup
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- garlic to taste
- 1 medium chicken, disjointed
Place all ingredients in a large skillet and cover. Simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until chicken is tender. Serve with rice.
The recipe was contributed by Jason and Cindy Rawl.
