This is a recipe from the North Dakota Where Food is Love vintage cookbook. This recipe was contributed by Helen Fitzpatrick.
- 1 1/2 lb shredded cabbage
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/3 c vinegar
- 1 c whipping cream, whipped
Refrigerate cabbage several hours before mixing in dressing. Mix in other ingredients (in order). Chill. Add whipped cream just before serving.
